How to use this product

Remove the Tena Lady liner from its packaging and peel the backing paper away from the sticky side of the pad. With the sticky side facing down, press the liner into your underwear, making sure you’ve covered the areas that need protection. When it’s time to replace your liner, peel the used liner out of your underwear and dispose of it with your regular household waste or in a sanitary bin. Do not flush these liners down the toilet, as this can cause blockage.
